Insurance claims, handled
We work with your insurance company and bill them directly for covered repairs, including the calibration your repair requires.
We bill your insurer directly
Bring us your claim number and we'll take it from there. We work with your adjuster, send them our estimate and anything else the repair turns up, and bill the insurance company directly for what's covered. You pay any deductible your policy requires.
What to have ready
- Your claim number
- Your insurance company and adjuster's contact
- Your policy number
- Photos of the damage, if you have them
How it works
Your claim, step by step
Report the claim
Contact your insurance company to open a claim. They'll give you a claim number.
Get an estimate
Bring the car in or send a request. We inspect it, scan it and write up what it needs.
We work with your adjuster
We send the estimate to your insurer and keep them updated if the repair turns up more.
Repair and billing
We repair, calibrate and verify, then bill your insurer directly for the covered work.
Know your rights
You choose the shop
In Washington, the law gives you, not your insurance company, the right to choose where your car is repaired. An adjuster can suggest a shop, but choosing a different one doesn't reduce your coverage or change your deductible.
Calibration and your claim
Calibration is part of the repair
When a covered repair, such as a windshield replacement or collision work, requires the cameras or radar to be recalibrated, that calibration is typically part of the claim. Our before-and-after scans document what the car needed.
